What can you pay for with your rewards?

We’ll send you a Kaiser Permanente Health Payment Card upon completion of all activities. It can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses, including:

  • Deductibles (Standard or Prosper)
  • Cost-sharing such as copays
  • Prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses
  • Dental
  • Other IRS-qualified medical expenses

 

You must complete activities during the 2025 calendar year to receive your reward. 2025 rewards loaded to the Kaiser Permanente Health Payment Card can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses through 3/31/2026. Sign-on to kp.org/engage and accept Wellness Program Agreements to be eligible to earn rewards.

 

Stop smoking

If you use cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other tobacco products, let us help you quit. You pay nothing for classes, telephone coaching, online programs, and prescriptions, including prescribed over-the-counter tobacco-cessation drugs.
